On 27 June, the attendees of the Winnipeg Branch’s Annual General Meeting elected a new Executive for 2019-2020. The new Branch Officers are (previous position, if any):

President: Brad Kirbyson (President)
Vice President: Robert Nash (Program Chair)
Secretary: Jason Quinn
Treasurer: Ken Bridges (Vice President)
Program Chair: Michael Juce

The new Executive would like to acknowledge the good work the departing members

Stephen Barber: Treasurer
Diego Chacon: Member-at-Large
Emmanuel Allieu: University of Winnipeg Student Representative

The Executive will be assisted in its work during 2019-2020 by our Past President (ex officio), Nick Hurst, and three members-at-large:

In September, the Winnipeg Branch will canvass the University of Winnipeg and Université de Saint-Boniface for student representatives for 2019-2020.

The Executive looks forward to working with our partners to deliver a diverse and engaging programme of speakers during the 2019-2020 program year, September 2019 to June 2020.
